"I have participated in several of Emma’s productions. As a former drama teacher, play director, and actor, I have to say that Emma’s scripts are very clever, funny, and well written. Creating a murder mystery is no easy task, and Emma approaches the task with great talent and intelligence. I highly recommend her scripts." - Susan Buese
"We have had the pleasure of working with Emma and her company Brookhouse Scripts for several fun and engaging theater events. They are always clever, interesting, and entertaining to watch, and they are the perfect fit for our fundraising events. The sold out crowds always leave with smiles on their faces and come back year after year to see the next new and unique performance."
- Ben Otis, President, Education Foundation for Allegan Public Schools
I have seen several of the Murder Mysteries written by Emma and Brookhouse Scripts as we have used them for our annual fundraiser for several years. Each script is unique, yet always very humorous and well thought out. Each script build a solid case for each of the cast members to be the killer, and the clues from each character are the key to who actually did it. That allows the exact same play to be able to be put on multiple nights, with different clues leading to a different killer each night. Everyone has truly enjoyed these plays at our event, and I would highly recommend them.
