Summary: The annual fair brings its usual delights: elephant ears, a Ferris Wheel, and fierce competition. However, this year, the fight for the blue ribbon has taken a sinister turn. The beloved pie-baking contest becomes a crime scene when Judge Roy Kincade tragically dies mid-bite. Now, the festive fairgrounds are gripped by panic, and suspects are plentiful. The list includes a nine-time pie champion fiercely guarding her title, the head of the church council, and a wide-eyed newcomer, alongside other small-town residents harboring secret grudges. What was once a sweet tradition has devolved into a bitter struggle, with everyone desperately trying to prove their innocence in the judge's death.
